The property was adjacent to another parcel of mine and I was interested in assembling the lots for development.

Finding the decision maker for this property turned out to be more challenging than I originally anticipated. After speaking with multiple members of the family that owns the property, I still was not able to get a hold of the right person to have a conversation about selling.
